Key points of ti-rads grade care
Ti-rads1： it indicates that your thyroid gland is normal and no nodule is found.
TI-RADS2：it indicates that the thyroid gland has been found nodules, but these nodules have no malignant imaging features, and there is no possibility of malignancy.
（for these two grades, it is recommended to reexamine the thyroid ultrasound every year and follow up the discomfort.）
TI-RADS3：It suggests that there is a high probability that your thyroid nodules are benign, but less than 5% of them are malignant.
（for such patients, it is recommended to reexamine the thyroid ultrasound every 6 months and follow up the discomfort.）
TI-RADS4：Because the malignant probability span of this grade of nodule is large, it is divided into Grade A and grade B.
TI-RADS4a：it indicates that the malignant rate is 5% - 10%. If this level of patients can eat and sleep, and their daily life is not affected, it is recommended to reexamine thyroid ultrasound every 3-6 months. If they are not sure, they can choose to have a biopsy or surgery.
TI-RADS4b：As the malignant degree reaches 10% - 80%, special attention should be paid. A biopsy or operation should be performed immediately.
TI-RADS5：basically, nodules are malignant and should be operated on immediately.
